Delayed December Deliveries

We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and thank you for your patience during this time. Our office has reopened after the Christmas break, and we’re working hard to address all enquiries and ensure that any outstanding orders are resolved.

December is always a challenging period for deliveries, particularly for larger parcels like ours, which often face delays as couriers prioritise smaller shipments. Unfortunately, this has affected some of our customers this year, and we’re aware that part or all of some orders may still be in transit.
​
We’ve been in contact with Global Express, and they’ve assured us they are working through their backlog. If you’re still waiting on part or all of your order, please allow until 10th January for delivery. If your items haven’t arrived by then, please let us know, and we’ll follow up with the courier to ensure the issue is resolved promptly.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and are committed to improving communication around potential delivery delays during busy periods to prevent this in the future.
